How much is shipping?

We offer Standard Shipping according to the weight of the product. These charges are applicable only on Australian Customers and there’s separate shipping rates for international customers. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery of orders during this pandemic as there is a nationwide shutdown in India where our head office is located.

What is the shop currency?

Our Shop currency is in AUD.

How long is order processing?

In-stock products are  typically processed  within 48 business hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend upon product availability and selected shipping method.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. you can contact us via mail on 

 If more than 48 hours have passed or if the package has been processed, we cannot cancel your order. 

if you wish to cancel your order post 48 hours, you have to wait for the product delivery. you can then return the package provided. The items in the package should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We aim to deliver your product at the earliest. Once your order is successfully placed, we process your request and later it is packed and dispatched. you will receive regular tracking information on registered number or email. 

You should receive your order 2-10 business days thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and public holidays.

Usually your products will be shipped through our shipping partner (AusPost), and you will be sent a tracking number on their dispatch.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order via the link that you will receive when your order is processed. you will get a link on your registered mobile number or email id

however if your order has extended the time, you can contact us.

Discount code notice:

discount coupons are only applicable during the checkout time. Customers can not apply for a discount coupon after they have made the payments. 

You can always write us on mail, if you feel any issue while applying a code. 

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?

Your order might have been shipped separately and will receive information regarding that. If you haven’t received your order, please feel free to contact our customer care service on : 

What is your refund and returns policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  We have no cancellation and refund policy. however if, 

Your item has extended the waiting time and hasn’t arrived in specified time, we offer a compensation in the form of a discount coupon.

if your order is misplaced during shipping, we resend the same product with a discount coupon as compensation. 

Refunds are only applicable on Defective items. 

Cancellation or refunds will not be acceptable due to error on customer’s part. It is always advisable to read the terms and conditions associated with the product..

Please do not return your parcel without first contacting customer service. In this case, we will not be held responsible for the return.

Faulty, damaged or any other returns or claims must be lodged within 5 days from arrival of order. Unfortunately, we cannot process a return or refund claim if more than 5 days have elapsed since arrival.

Please Note: Colours may differ slightly due to different lighting conditions during photo shoots or device screen differences. Kindly expect a slight colour difference between the actual product and the photos on our website. This is not considered a defect.


Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

If items are returned due to incorrect address provided upon purchase or not being claimed, any return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient.

If an item is not claimed within 30 business days, this will void your sale & no refund will be given.

If an item is returned with insufficient address, another shipping fee will be incurred, otherwise, your item & sale will be forfeited. We do not offer a refund for this.

If you receive an incorrect item (we're only human), we will send you out the correct item at our expense.

*We do not accept returns or refunds on promotional items or clearance items*
